First please note that by agreeing to our Terms and Conditions by virtue of using the website and making a purchase, you demonstrate your agreement that our topical (e.g. salves, ice) and ingestible (e.g. extract oil, gel caps) products contain oil extracted from industrial hemp as defined in the United States federal Hemp Act of 2018. Our manufacturing facilities and processes are in accordance with FDA GMP (Good Manufacturing Process) standards for dietary supplements. The FDA, however, has not yet evaluated any hemp extract topical or dietary supplement products, so we make no claims regarding benefits from our products. If you buy our products, you are doing so based on your own opinions as to any benefits they may bestow through your usage of them, and any associated risks.
Nevertheless, we guarantee your satisfaction and are pleased to grant you a full refund, for any reason, if we receive the unused portion of the product back within 30 days of purchase. Simply call or email us (email@example.com) for a Return Merchandise Authorization and write it conspicuously on the box when you ship it back.
We test all of our products for quality and ship them with care, but on occasion, they may be damaged in transit. If that’s the case with your delivery, notify us within two days by phone or email (firstname.lastname@example.org) so that we can replace it or otherwise make sure you get the value you paid for.
Please note that refund processing can take a little time. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If you feel your refund is delayed, please first check your bank account or credit card company, as there can be a time lag between our granting it and it appearing in your statement. If you’ve taken these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com, including your order# in the subject line.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, we will grant you store credit in the same amount.
